/ How Do Mattress Return Work? /
Tip1: Initiate return by Email
Please contact us by mail support@avencohome.com to initiate your return within 100days trial, and attach your order number/name. Our customer service team will reply you within 24hours as soon as possible, and you have enough 30days to complete the process once approved return.
Tip2: Pick up the parcel
We will arrange the courier door to door to pack up and remove the mattress from your home. Don't be worry, you don't have to compress it into the box.
Tip3: Refund Back
The refund can be 100% fully back to your account in 3-5days (depend on the bank and credit card agency) once the returned mattress is confirmed to be in good condition we received.
Tip4: Donate and Recycle
Avenco team will try their best to donate your mattress to a charity or recycle it , and we do make sure that the returned mattress will not be sold to other customers again.
